Welcome to JaguarPC.
I'm not sure I completely understand what your saying. A VPS has to be set up by sales. Sales is not 24/7 at this time.

does it take more than 24 hour to setup new account ?
now it is 30 hour and not setup yet
A VPS is different, than most account set ups. Since sales has to set it up, it depends on how many orders are in front of you.
I don't work for Jag. Based on my experience of reading in the forum, sometimes a VPS gets set up quickly, and sometimes there is a delay.
I'm not sure with a VPS if there is a normal set up time.
Have you received a email from Jag in regard to your order?
The forums are basically one customer trying to help another. Though the Jag staff do answer questions from time to time, you can't count on an official answer in the forums.

i registered 40 hour before....
Have you checked your spam box to make sure that emails from JPC haven't ended up there? That sometimes happens, so your VPS might be up and running and you just don't know it.

If the automobile had followed the same development cycle as the computer, a Rolls-Royce today would cost $100, get a million miles to the gallon, and explode once every few weeks.
My scripts never have bugs. They just develop random features.
yes use the live chat:

big green box on the upper left hand side under specials
I have now waited 36 hours since my payment confirmation and live chat is off line.

Then I would PM someone in authority. Use the form leader link in my Sig. Scroll down past the moderators for Jag Staff. PM a Staff member. I'm sure you will get a response.
The forums are primarily one member helping another. Though Jag Staff does monitor the forums you can not count on getting a response to a problem like yours through the forums.
I can assure as a long time customer at Jag they do take problems like yours seriously, once they know about them.

If I understand everything correctly, international orders take a little longer because they do more fraud checking etc. Paypal orders also take longer because of their ID checking & such. Like I said, I'm not sure, I just *think* that's how things work.
I ordered a VPS on the weekend a while back, and it was ready to go (mostly) on Monday, so you may want to contact sales to make sure there weren't any problems with billing you.
Hey! It's nice to see another Brit here
Welcome to the Jag Club! Don't worry, as everyone else has been telling you, getting your first order through here pushes your patience a little, especially when you order at weekend. (Been there, done that, twice! LOL)
Hang in there dude - It's worth the wait![]()

If it ain't broke, don't ping it...
It's up and running now.
It's very frightening for me, I have only been running a forum previously on shared hosting, changing over to vps to improve performance and also to pay for all this by selling hosting/email to the members. I have to start from scratch so I'm sure I will be a regular visitor to these forums. Thanks for all the replies so far.
Hi EuroNut, thanks for the welcome.
