    VPS and Nixcore Ticket DOWN ?

    Hi all, I have a big problem, maybe it happened to you before and you can help me.

    Since last night, my entire VPS is down.
    I cannot even access the WHM or Virtuozzo panels.
    Usually tha's no problem, just send a support ticket, but now even the NixCore support panel doesn't recognized me anymore.
    Even lost pasword function doesn't fix this...
    I use my primary email and I get this mesage :
    Sorry, that email address does not correspond to an active user.

    I run critical sites for clients on this vps, I need it back badly.
    Please help me...

    I'ts been almost 20 hours since my VPS is down and I still can't even reach tech support !
    Could it just be restarted quickly by Jaguar ???

    WHAT !
    You are telling me that you just terminated the account.
    How can see those answers from sales and support since I cannot log into tickets ?
    My primary email is in this vps, how can access it since you shut it down ?
    I know I had some security issues in the previous month with some old Myegallery module, but I thought that those days were behind now. I even got billed normally and paid like I'm supposed to. and now this shut down without email warning !

    My customers are gonna kill me !
    Some run web sites that needs to be up and running quickly. Is there anybody at Jaguar that I could talk to about this issue. I dont mind paying for tech support if needed. What about my databases, my datas...
    Again please, I really need a solution to this crissis.
