Account Suspension

My account has been suspended due to TOS violation.
I agreed to remove the content violating terms of use, opened a new ticket but no naswer after 4 hours.
Could you please check ticket #12577533 .
I always got answeres to tickets in less than 50 mins :s

Something weird happened... my account got reinstated.
I complied and removed the material but after I removed I got baned again with no warning and no email :S
My VPS simply appears dead :S

The Jag Dream Team have their plates full today with several restores and file checks going on on different servers. It would be worth checking if the server your VPS is on is one of the machines having issues today. (Check the server status screen)

Also, it's worth taking a look at your ticket to see if it's been assigned yet - If it has, you know someone is working on it, but the agent dealing with your ticket may well be multitasking today considering all the stuff the guys and gals are dealing with.
