Warning: The domain resolves to another IP address

Hey all; I am a new JAG customer as of today.

    - I created the hosting account
    - I created the domain name

On the screen where I setup the type of hosting I receive this message:

Warning: The domain resolves to another IP address (68.178.232.100). Please correct DNS settings.
[1] - This isn't 1 of the three IPs I received when I signed up; what's the cause?
[2] - How do I resolve this warning?
[3] - Can anyone provide advice or a link to a help thread?

Basically, some general advice/direction would be good.

    Thanks in advance,
    dbg

Does the domain name already resolve to someone else's nameservers. If you just registered the domain and didn't specify your own nameservers then it might have defaulted to your registrars.

The message is a warning that the name already exists elsewhere. To resolve it, you'll need to change the DNS servers listed on your domain with your registrar.

    registered it through GoDaddy

Yes, I registered it through GoDaddy; which defaults with their nameservers. Also, that specific IP linked to a GoDadddy page.

    Yesterday, I:

    - Registered the nameservers with GoDaddy
    - Than set the DNS settings via Plesk
    - Than switched the nameservers at my registrar, GoDaddy, to my own.

I've noticed that it still hasn't propagated yet, however--which is a bit of a concern. I know it says 24 to 48 hours, but usually I see it go through in about 4 hours or so. Also, I have Plesk 8.1 VPS setup at work through a different hosting company (the one I've setup through JPC is for my own projects)--we also register our domain names through GoDaddy at work and I've never seen this warning before.

I'll go back and check again later today--any suggestions if I still have problems?

    Thanks,
    DBG
