How 2 create the reseller accounts through whm؟

hey all

I have VPS, and I gave one of my client a reseller account, but I faced some problems in his account as :

- My plans shows in his reseller account!!! (Why)?
- When he create a new account, and he try to give a plan for it, it will not show in his list. (Why)?
- All his accounts show in my List Accounts (VPS) separately, that will confuse me. (Why)?

Actually haven't found too much information how to solve it !


If anybody knows how to set up the reseller account with out above problems, please tell me, I would really appreciate it.

Plans that you create under WHM just called something like 100MB-HOSTING will be available to you and all resellers to sell.

Plans called something like RESELLERUSERNAME_100MB-HOSTING will only be available to the reseller who's account name is RESELLERUSERNAME. The name before the "_" (underscore).

So, make your main account (domain) a reseller and create packages for yourself called, for example, YOURUSERNAME_100MB-HOSTING

A reseller will then not be able to see that, because it is "owned" by your username.

He must create some plans first.

Because you are the "boss" of the VPS, and can see everything in WHM

PS: The answer is in WHM where you create packages ... It says "Note: Package names preceded by a reseller's username followed by an underscore can only be seen by the corresponding reseller."
