    unhappy customer

Hi can someone with a management status please contact me I have some issues that I would like to sort out, regarding our server and its functionality and reliability over the last 3 weeks.

And please dont ask me to contact support again, as Im fed up with being passed from pillar to post with (quick fixes and answers like, swsoft are looking into the issues)

You can use your client area in Nixcore to open a ticket to "Management".
    Good luck

Whooops! I guess "Management" doesn't exist there! I thought it did...

Try sending it to Billing or Sales, or send a PM in this forum to JPC-Greg
    Good luck

What policies do JPC have in place for how many errors, mysql failures plesk failures, plesk errors does a client need to report before someone thinks, ok... theres a serious problem with this server and does something other quick fixes for the server to work for 1 or 2 more days.

I don't know! You could PM JPC-Masood here in the forums, as he's the head of the tech support team.

Or are you just looking to vent publicly? That's cool but if so, let me know and I'll stop replying!
    Good luck

I'd suggest you PM Masood. He's the head of support. Be sure to include your ticket number. You might also provide him a link to this thread.

The forum is primarily a member helping member situation. Sometimes support personnel miss something in the forums.

    AMEN! I agree!

I hope you're re-opening / continuing your previous ticket when mysql / plesk / whatever fails on you a 2nd / 3rd / etc time in short succession?

Support works a ticket at a time, they won't easily take things into account that you don't point out to them right there in the ticket. There's simply too many support techs and too many servers for them to all by themselves get a feel that something particular is a repeating problem.
