Server still down! unable to open ticket.

I'm posting this here after email the staff as I sent it a while ago and haven't received a reply yet.
I'm hoping another staff member will see it and be able to get our node back up and running.

The last update was at 7PM saying all VPS's are back online, but katarn.nocdirect.com is still down.

I'm unable to login to the support control panel as my password has been changed.
And I cannot request a new password because the e-mail address is on the server that is down.

Can a staff member please urgently get that node back up and running?
It's been down for 21 hours now… another 3 and we will start to lose emails sent to my domains.

Your urgent response in this matter would be very much appreciated.

This Atlanta datacenter has been a pain as long as I've been a customer here… they always take the longest time to recover from issues
I was really disappointed when I found out I was not in the Houston facility, which JaguarPC was talking about all the upgrades they made to that facility.

I have checked with technicians for update on Katarn server and its being fscked currently , should be back up soon.

The power issue at data center caused lot of server problems and thus the delays in the resolution. I will reply to your ticket and have updated the main maintenance thread on the forums as well for katarn.

Any news on this?

It would be really nice if they would just get the node online so we don't lose email over this.
It would be really bad if customers start receiving emails that their email could not be delivered… one of the best way to lose customers.

If it comes on before 24 hours, the servers do retry to send email so nothing will be lost… but very critical stuff will be lost if it's down longer than that… that really concerns me.

Hopefully nothing was lost… about a day will tell.
