How can I get some support Urgently ????

All HTTP access to my site has been unavailable for the last 9 hours - since jaguar replaced a bad RAM module on my Server.

Looks like the DNS entry has been screwed up.

Does anyone know of a way to get some immeadiate action ?

I have been posting tickets with no response - is there no 24 hour tech support ????

If you're talking about the site in your sig, it's coming up just fine for me!

If you're not talking about the site in your sig, what site are you claiming is down?

    Heh!

Is this a clever spam routine?

    John,

Like Vin said, the URL in your sig is working fine. But then I did some digging ... If you're referring to your domain with the initials G F T (.com) then your DNS is out. The server that it's on is up and HTTP is running (I was able to view http:// your_IP_address), so first check if NAMED is running on that box.

A quick fix (and good for the future) would be to create NS2 on your VPS that's running the domain in your signature, so that you have some fail-over in a situation like you're in now. Then simply change the IP address for NS2 at the domain registry.

As it stands it looks very much like both your NSs are on just one box and, whilst that's probably good enough 98% of the time, it sure ain't good when the one box you're relying on goes belly-flop.

Hope this helps - Shout if you need a bit more explanation
