I would PM JPC-Masood to start with.

If the automobile had followed the same development cycle as the computer, a Rolls-Royce today would cost $100, get a million miles to the gallon, and explode once every few weeks.
My scripts never have bugs. They just develop random features.
Actually, to start with I'd ask it in the ticket itself. Most reps don't have a problem with deferring to a senior if you ask, it just takes longer as you'll have to wait for him / her to be on duty and have time for your matter.
If you do take to the PM system, be sure to include the ticket number.
