    Kill postgreSQL in Plesk

    DIE, DIE , DIE... lol.

Actually I don't want to kill it outright just don't want it loading on boot. I don't use it so no need. Bear with me here I'm pretty much a newbie, I reserched this for hours in Google and can't find solution short of uninstalling via SSH it and i'm not so sure that's wise as I don't know the how to get it back and since its Plesk I'm not sure if there is any extra instuctions.

Here's what I got so far. It's not listed under the services in the Vituozzo panel. The only place I can find it is under 'Services Managenment" in the plesk panel where I can start/stop it. Only trouble is if I reboot Apache or whole VPS it loads on reboot. On the other hand Dr. Web anti Virus also listed in same panel will not load on reboot.

If I use SSH and enter: chkconfig --list postgresql

It tells me everthing is off, so my assumption is Plesk is starting it somewhere, how do I find where this starting from?

Like I said I'm newbie but learning:

    chmod 644 /etc/init.d/postgresql

Makes sense.. No issues with doing it this way I assume?
