Help me test please

If anyone reads this, can you please ping and/or tracert my server and post your results? Although I'm getting responses in the 230ms range, and I've tested from multiple servers around the country, support is still telling me that the issue is on my end.

Also, from the following website you can choose locations around the country to run remote tests on your site. I've tried no less than 20 of them and they are all reporting the slowness, but support still remains adamant that the server is fine and the issue is on my end.

Thanks guys, this is what I've been trying to tell support myself. I get the same results for over 4 hours now, and the same from multiple testing facilities around the country. The keep stating that they have looked at the server and loads are fine and everything looks good from their end. I pushed it to where they have transferred the ticket to a senior admin, but now the ticket just sits there and my problem remains.

Well, hopefully something was done and the results stay the same, but just now the results dropped back to normal (40-50ms range) and everything started loading fine. Don't know if support did something or if something on the server causing the load stopped.
