    TECHNICAL ISSUE with my account!

    honeypixel.net is the account it is down and I am not able to view any of hosted sites!

    also, honeypixel.COM does not work as I cant access support section.

    Please assist!

    I too am on reseller and am a bit disheartened. 3 hrs and still waiting on ns5 fix.

    Jag Dream Team -- aren't the nameservers mirrored or rely on having 2 nameservers so that in the event of one server failure, entire websites don't all go down?

    Please help. It's been 3+ hours since the nameservers first went down.

    The answer is usually it would be more than one nameserver but it looks like they are having a huge issue is named.conf file.
