Just wondering how long it usually takes to setup a new vps package?
I singed up and paid 9 hours ago.
Im guessing it takes up to 24 hours but would like a general timeframe if anyone knows..
thanks

It all depends on how many are in the que ahead of you. If you do not hear something today email sales@jaguarpc.com and ask "what's up with my VPS."![]()
VPSes have to be set up manually, so factors such as the time to do it, the number of orders in queue before yours, and the number of staff on hand to set them up come in to play here.
VPSes are set up by the sales department which is not open 24 hours, so your order probably hasn't been looked at yet. They'll get going on it soon, I'm sure.
When I ordered my VPS a few months ago it took about five hours from the time I placed the order (mid afternoon US Eastern Time, I believe) until it was set up. I think the "official" guideline is anywhere from a couple of hours to 24 hours, but it is usually much less than 24.

Hi Jeremy,
Jason is correct. It takes anywhere from 3-24 hours to build and activate a VPS order.
If you'd like, you can PM me your domain name and I will provide you with your order status.
