Anyone on the sabertooth VPS server is having problems?

Yeah. It's down. Been down for a long time too. There's a post about it in the Server, Network and Service Announcements area. It's FSCK'ing.

I was browsing my website about an hour ago, then I left. Now it is down. So I don't know how long it was down, but should be less than an hour.

FSCK won't take that long I hope, we are waiting

The server went down 6 hours ago.

I'm worried, because this server had defective harddrives from the previous crash (about 100 days ago), so i guess it was about time it died completely.

Based on previous experience, it could take a couple of days for them to fix it and we may loose some data as well.

Auto FSCK didn't work... I suppose that's bad news?

This server had some harddrive issues in the past, it was a timebomb.

a failed fsck means that it found errors and it required manual intervention in order to continue, i guess there is a failing harddrive with bad sectors.

if they didn't replace the bad drive, its just a matter of time before the next reboot fails again.
