Are you still down because the network status page says everything is running? I know it has been a couple hours since you posted, so hopefully the server has come back up. If you are still having problems it is probably a network problem between you and JPC's data center.

Got to love it! We are down AGAIN this time we had a problem with CPANEL and when JAG played with it, we have totally LOST the abililty to do a www.xxx.com/cpanel /webmail or /whm. It has been this way for over 4.5 hours. JAG has not responded to a ticket for over 2 hours and cpanel is working on another issue on the server and was never even told about the whm problems.

Where do you get some of these techs? We need support that can communicate guys, what can be done to help resolve the issue about communications.

6 hours later we are back up. After getting with someone we finally found out they had cpanel engineers working on the issue. If someone can update the tickets to state this and provide some updates it would greatly help. We know you all are busy, but we lose money and clients when we can not explain to them what is going on.

We have dedicated, not VPS. but you still make a good point! Let me put it this way... we end up working for free more then we would like when we have all these issues. LOL

    Aha! I got it now...

I couldn't figure out why you're so angry with Tech Support - They rock - but you're on a dedicated box! Soooo...

To my way of thinking, if your dedicated box dies, you got nobody to blame but yourself and/or your clients, however...

Since it's a managed box, it leaves you with a convenient scapegoat!

When it goes down, to save face, you gotta blame somebody, right?

And, that 'somebody', would be Tech Support... which you accuse of being uncommunicative, slow, and incompetent!

    Clever boy!!!

    LoL!

Save it for your girlfriend, will you?
