    How to configure SPF for specific domain

    I've a VPS with Jaguar, and using Google apps for one of my domains & I want to configure SPF for it.

    in Google Apps help, I found this :
    To set your domain's SPF record, publish the following TXT record on the DNS resource: v=spf1 include:aspmx.googlemail.com ~all

    So how can I make this for one of my domains ??

    Thanks for your time !

    I just knew how to make this using the cPanel of the domain. and know it's :
    v=spf1 a mx include:aspmx.googlemail.com -all

    so how can I make it :
    v=spf1 include:aspmx.googlemail.com ~all

    cause in Google Apps they mentioned that :
    Publishing an SPF record that lacks include:aspmx.googlemail.com or specifying -all instead of ~all may result in delivery problems.
