VPS Endless Disk Space

Does VPS have the option for the FREE endless disk space?

No i don't think so.

Unfortunately VPS offers haven't seen many upgrades recently.

I posted this in the feedback section, at least make it inline.. The discovery plan offers 10GB while the freedom plan offers 15GB ....

I know the bandwidth was increased. I started off with I think 200gig and now the plans are up to 300.

I think ENDLESS disk space should be given to everyone.

Well lets be reasonable. The "endless disk space" is offered to startup sites that they don't expect to use much at all. It's really just a marketing gimmick. Most of these sites end up using a few MB at the most. If everyone took full advantage of the disc space offered on a lot of the start up plans they'd have to reduce them by quite a bit. I actually find it humorous when you see these huge numbers for disc space and bandwidth offered for $5... The hosting company knows 99% of the people will get no where near that, most sites will exceed other limits like CPU long before they fill either the bandwidth or disc space up. Would really only work well for someone serving video or really large images from static HTML pages.

Endless Disk Space is avail for SDX, Shared Hosting. I will let JAG explain why it is not available to VPS of Dedicated.

Maybe we can get him to make a compromise.
