It's a pity the free reports are gone. But the free tools are still there, no? (Link left, near the top on the home page, to http://member.dnsstuff.com/pages/tools.php?ptype=free )

I used something called squish dns or something, but Google keeps flagging it as "potentially harmful to your computer". The site had excellent tools, but I wasn't about to advertise it here becase of the warning from G.
EDIT: Well, the G warning is gone now, so the URL is:
http://www.squish.net/dnscheck/
I've used Squishywishywoo & DNS.net (mostly) - even when DNSReport was free!
Ronnie gave you the link for Squish. Here's the link for DNS.net...
http://www.checkdns.net/quickcheck.aspx
LoL!
Good luck finding the *freebie* link - it's well hidden!![]()

I have a paid account on dnsreports - not too much $$
Apparently, http://www.intodns.com/ does exactly what we need for free.
Thank you all for your replies.
Heh! That's hillarious...
Good find!![]()

Hi,
Personally I prefer checking DNS manually with dig
I do you http://www.intodns.com/ to link our customers as most people find dig's output to be confusing.
Did anyone else notice this:
I have seen a bunch of these and removed them/banned the user.
Anyone seeing them on other forums?
Quite clever approach to get an automated post (if that's what is going on) to stick. Makes it seem like it's right on topic doesn't it?
