Problems with dedicated server

I’m very upset is the second time in the last month that the server have problem (the sites are down, the database don’t work) and the tickets have more than 3 hours and I don‘t have response...

Is urgent that Jaguar offer a better service and have mirror system or a contingency solution a good price.

I consult over and over solution and don‘t bring me a good solution.

Each time the server is down my customers and me lost money and time

Are you Leased or Colo?
Do you pay for Managed Care? if so Whal level

With a dedicated Box YOU are responsible for managing and maintaining the server not JPC. you can pay more for Some level of Managed care but it is still your server

as far as Fail overs , there are many many ways to do with, ALL of them will require you to buy a SECOND dedicated box, if your unwilling to pay that expense then you will have no relaible failover solution
