JPC however should be Banning the User Abusing the Server Resources.. Not sitting around waiting...

Look at Gregs Signature (http://www.jaguarpc.com/forums/members/jpc-greg.html) for Conact info for managers here at JPC

Contact JPC-Robert or JPC-Tracie First, if that does not get things rolling, Hit JPC-Masood Up....

Thanks the_ancient, now I coming home from the work and situation is better.
Maybe JPC-Robert or JPC-Tracie First help something but I nothing write to him, only write few ticket to support.
    Thanks anyway !
Thanks god I think this better situation is not for short time?
I'm only distressed because I must every few months change hosting.
But I think now I find good hosting and everything be ok on the future.

Just Remember unlike some of the smaller outfits JPC is a REAL Company, so if the person that answers your support tickets does not do so in a Manner that satisfied you, asks for it to be forwarded up the Chain, and/or contact someone in the link I sent you...

In their terms any VPS that goes over the load has I think 3 days to move. If the VPS owner does not resolve the issue within the 3 day period their site is removed.

By no means should JPC automatically remove a VPS because of load issues, if such a thing occured I doubt anyone would buy a VPS here. There are many temporary issues that could arise that would cause a VPS load to spike.

The best thing you could do is let your visitors know what is going on. If you really can't wait 3 days you can contact JPC and they can move your VPS to a different node.

I disagree, the ENTIRE POINT of the VPS program is that YOU, and YOU ALONE get X number of Resources

If the VPS systems can not stop over useage of Resources, which i know they cant, there is NO POINT in having a VPS in the first place, as it is IMO an over priced shared account

Of course I have been against VPS's from the word go, they are sold to people that dont need them or use them outside what they are designed for.

but hey, what do I know right....

BTW this is in no way a Knock on JPC, they were more or less forced in to it by their competitors,

The industry has gone VPS Crazy at the expense of the ignorant, that think they are "getting a dedicated box for 1/3 the cost" if that was the case than anything User A did would never Effect User B C or D, but That is not how it works,

When I see VPS I see Virtual Pathetic Server
