Slow speeds on VPS Enterprise Plan

Can a few of you try the link at http://www.mikemiz.com/1.zip and confirm how fast that downloads for you? Yesterday speeds were around 23KB a sec - 80KB. I opened a ticket and the tech was able to reproduce the issue and make a few tweaks to get it improved a but it's still nowhere as fast as the test download from http://www.jaguarpc.com/test.bin. I've tried from both home and work and it all just seems too slow to me. This is the first and only site setup on a new Enterprise VPS plan and I'm just trying to confirm if the problem is on my end. I get about 250KB/sec average peak of 400 and a low point of 125

Mine avg'd about 400-500kb. It dipped down around 400 at times, and as low as 250 but that was pretty short.

I had the same problem on my setup at first too. I opened a ticket and they tweaked it so I got normal speeds. Not sure what they did exactly.

Thank you both. So I'm not being picky for expecting something faster then 500KB/sec from my site? The tech said those were reasonable speeds so want to confirm. Jaguars test link downloads at 1.6MB a sec (my max download speed)

Hmm.. I get 15kB/sec on your file, vs. 450kB/sec on Jag's test file..

Average 20KB/s on first file and my top home bandwidth at the second file. That's the same trend i have with my servers here:

Just ordered a new VPS from you guys. Will it have this problem?
