We are sorry for the continued problem. The node became stable for some time , but after that the problem is again continuing.
We are going to transfer/restore VPSs from this node to other nodes.

ok, thank you for the only explanation i had in hours!

You should start to transfer accounts when the problem had 6 hours or less, 24 hours later you are starting to transfer the VPSs....!

This is not the way to treat problems like this!

Things are not done haphazardly. It was thoroughly investigated before such a drastic action is taken to transfer the accounts. It is not like clicking a button to transfer accounts. It needs to be well planned and executed.

    Thumbs down

Hi Masood and thanks for your answer. I know you have to check the problems first but
    24 hour investigation ???

Check the ticket 12713519, thats the time the VPS have been down
24 hours. That's very very high.

All i need now is access to the Backup of my VPS please.
I will restore the accounts by myself.

Can you help me getting access to the backup of the VPS?

It was not down for 24 hours. Les who was investigating the issue earlier in the morning had this server up for 3 hours without any issues.

All vps are being moved to other servers. You will have your vps back online as well as soon as possible. Unfortunately you cannot access our internal backups.

Yes, i saw a previous post of Les but i'm being totally honest.

If the server was online 3 hours ago, my VPS not, i had a constant ping from my laptop. If you want to check it:

    ping 69.73.186.12 -t

Your ticket is in the support queue and is being worked on along with the other tickets. The reason for the ping is, the server goes up and down intermittently and you may be able to ping the IPs, However, the migration process has started and will take some time to finish. You will be updated in the ticket with all the latest progress. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
