Been down for 48hrs and my site hasn't been transferred over. Has anybody have the same problem as me? or am I the only one here suffering at this emergency maintenance crap.

my site is down and I don't know why its taking more than 72hrs for my VPS account to be back online. My support ticket is 12714823 and all I keep getting is please wait I need a solution today.

We are really sorry for the problem. As for as the issue is concerned it should not really take much time to resolve if it is upto our support level. As already mentioned in the ticket that the vendor has already been requested to take necessary steps to resolve this blind issue regarding your VPS. The ticket has been escalated to the level2 department of the vendor, which also reflects the complexity of the issue.
We are again going to update the vendor for sharp and perfect solution.

I need a senior tech to look at my account. My vps site is down 2 times again and its down completely. I can't access plesk control panel. I don't want to hear its SWsoft tech problem I need a jaguarpc FINAL solution to my problem. This is terrible service. Since the 9th of july i've been frustrated and I don't have no more patience. Please FIX it today or move me to a new node or something.

Its not just you, my account is going up and down like a yoyo, it will come up for 30 minutes or so then disappear for a few hours.

I did submit a ticket for this, but magically when it was looked into the account was up, and then down again later that day
