Slow download speeds

Can you guys test something for me? Can you download this file:
http://www.tursites.com.br/wusb54g.zip

Here (in Brazil) I only get around 10-35KB/s, but in my other server:
http://clientes.tursites.com.br/wusb54g.zip

I get my full home bandwidth 220KB/s. Can you test it for me please? Thanks!

I see the following rates:
site 1) 80KB/Sec
site 2) 1.5MB/Sec
My location: east coast USA

Yeah, I'm having the same problem with slow downloads, very annoying (trouble ticket is still open) Slow speeds on VPS Enterprise Plan

1st site I'm getting 37KB/s to 48KB/s
2nd site I get 1.6MB/s (my max download speed)

Earlier today I finally convinced JAG support of this issue and i guess they fixed it because now i got the same speeds at all links, including yours mikemiz
