error creating accounts.

Hi,
I'm have a weird problem creating new accounts on VPS.
(vps.nerdipedia.com)
The WHM install script reports some errors but doesn't give any details.
It then appears to create the account but the account directory is empty.

It goes through the motions of copying the skeleton directory but it fails without flagging any error.

My co-host found this error somewhere
[root@vps home]# chown walkhinc:walkhinc walkhinc
> > chown: changing ownership of `walkhinc': Disk quota exceeded
> > [root@vps home]#

It appears there is a disk quota issue but WHM report only 42% disk usage. We don't have much stuff there - I doubt our quota is really exceeded.

This is a new issue I've created account before with no problems.

I tried to submit a ticket but the ticket system seem to be having some problems.
