I want to offer hosting packages on my VPS.

I have setup a Resell Package.

Now what?

Is there a way to set it up so people can visit a url and sign up or do I need to set something else up?

Your control panel probably doesn't offer the functionality natively (I believe you have Interworx, correct?). There are several software packages that can interface with Interworx to provide that functionality, however. Most of them will also handle your recurring billing automatically, too.

One such product that is pretty popular is ClientExec. JPC supports it and can provide you a license for a few dollars a month.
