Server Time is Wrong

I had a VPS on Europa and now it seems to be on Bumblebee. Hmm...

When I set my server time in Cpanel to my correct time zone (Eastern), server time is 4 hrs fast. I've corrected it by setting Alaskan time, but that throws off Unix time. It's no big deal; it just bothers me . Any ideas?
