    Client not receiving emails

    I have a client that is a realestate agent and he gets a lot of emails a day. The past few days he is only getting about 2 or 3. This is the only account on the server that appears to be having this problem.

    Support states that his emails according to the logs are being blocked because they are being considered spam. His spam settings are setup not to delete messages and to deliver to inbox. No changes where made to the server recently to cause this. And no disk space is not the issue.

    He needs his emails. Going on 2 days without emails. Any ideas?

    Tell your client to check his email program settings.

    If the server is not deleting them...then his email program (outlook) is.

    He could of changed a setting not knowing.

    Hmm.. in no way? You are probably using one or more blacklists in the spam filtering on your server / vps. Who's listed will change over time and that will affect the operation of your filters, even if nothing at all was updated / changed software wise..

    Actually funny how this one turned out. The client has mail from another address on a different server and that account was full.
