I have a client that is a realestate agent and he gets a lot of emails a day. The past few days he is only getting about 2 or 3. This is the only account on the server that appears to be having this problem.
Support states that his emails according to the logs are being blocked because they are being considered spam. His spam settings are setup not to delete messages and to deliver to inbox. No changes where made to the server recently to cause this. And no disk space is not the issue.
He needs his emails. Going on 2 days without emails. Any ideas?
