    VPS Memory Question

My pages appeared to be running slow on the server so I checked Virtuozzo and it shows the system resourses as fine. I then checked WHM. It shows memory at 85.4%. Yellow level.

I then used the SSH client and typed free-m and got

    Code:
total used free shared buffers cached
    Mem: 16223 16089 134 0 37 2211
    -/+ buffers/cache: 13840 2383
    Swap: 31996 330 31665
So is this memory usage I am seeing the servers total memory or mine? I want to make sure something of mine isn't using up all the memory.

Its of course the memory of the hardware node and not the memory assigned to your VPS.

Look at my signature and use the VPS memory script to see the details of your VPS memory usage.

It appears that it is not me using all of the memory. The memory has been hovering around 85% or greater all day.

You may open a support ticket and tell them that the hardware node is having memory issues (copy paste the output from 'free -m' in your ticket as an example) and mention that this has affected your VPS's performance.

Its also possible that you are on a hardware node which is pretty much full and can't hold any more VPS containers, i see it does have some memory left and the swap space is pretty much unused.
