    yes they outsource out of hours support, thats why many people will tell you to submit important/sensitive tickets to support during working hours.

    No the support is not outsourced as such , we have members in our support team from all over world including Pakistan, India, Canada and US. And not only tickets in morning shift are handled properly but all tickets in all shifts are properly handled so you can submit ticket any time with out any problem and will receive quality support.

    I forget the tech's name from pakistan and am too lazy to look through my tickets but I can vouch that he has handled my tickets very well during late hours. Yes, seeing someone logged in from pakistan is a little scary at first but you get used to it. I don't understand why Jag doesn't have their techs VPN in to the datacenter so these questions stop coming up.

    I might mention...

    It's a two-way street! I live in Arizona, and admin sites in Italy and Greece.

    Having said that, if you see someone logging in from Russia, China, Iran, or Brazil - you might want to check them out!
