    What is up with Support?

    I noticed that my VPS was running slow. Memory and CPU usage is in the red. It didn't appear to be my account, so I submitted a ticket.

    1st response:
    Hello,

    I checked over the node that your vps is located on and there was several processes connected for 2 or more hours. I've killed those processes and restarted your vps. Please let us know if you have any other issues with this. Thank you for choosing JaguarPC and have a great day.

    I replied back: Try again, still the same issue. This doesn't appear to by my account.

    Hello,
    I've double checked over the node and your vps, everything is running accordingly. I ran a speed test on your website and your website loads in 0.003 seconds http://www.iwebtool.com/speed_test?domain=atechstl.com/. Please let us know if you have any other issues with this.     Hi atechstl,

    Please pm me your ticket #. Also have you tried top or any other utility to see what is taking high memory and cpu on your vps ?

    It appear that Zishan has already taken care of your ticket and listed you the processes taking high resources on your vps.
