Reinstall VPS, help please

I saw someone hacked my VPS so Is the VPS safe if I reinstall VPS from Virtuozzo ?? (I mean all shell, trojans, spyware will be away if I reinstall VPS ?)

If you will reinstall VPS from Virtuozzo then it will wipe out everything and reinstall OS only and you will be left with Vanilla OS only. No control panel will be there. VPS can be restored from the backup. Please open a ticket and we will let you know the available backups and then VPS can be restored from any of the available good backups.

WARNING: if you restore from a backup, you'll probably restore the exploit as well, so make sure you know what you are doing (find how you got hacked/defaced in the first place for example).
