Hacked

Twice this week my VPS has been access and files have been placed in my /tmp directory.

I am unable to delete the files, anyone know why that would be?

Also, it seems as though there is an increased number of posts about this issue, each time it happens to me the hackers are able to disable my firewall as well.

Support found the issue, a small script I was using for rating images was the hackers access point.

All is well now.

I wasn't going to renew my hosting, the security issues were killing me and I am more of website manager than a server manager, but after the great supoort and help I decided the least I could do was renew and hopefully I won't have to go through anymore hacking.
