We apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently facing a major network issue at our data centers with several of our hosting servers down. We noted this a while ago and have already informed our data center techs who are working to fix this asap. All latest updates regarding this issue will be posted in the forum thread below.

We thank you for your patience and cooperation.

hmm interesting, our server is working but some of our clients can't access some services (pop3, smtp, etc), while others work (web for example).

Looking at the network status it seems like there's more red than green right now, so this must really be som major issues:

hmm i wonder why they are mostly shared servers that are affected... if this isn't a DDoS attack then maybe something else? power outage or network switching issues?

Even the servers that has green light on the status pages seems down, at least my shared server Gandalf. I've not been able to reach it for more than an hour and still it shows green light on the status page. So maybe the server is up, but there's something wrong elsewhere in the datacenter (which the official thread seems to suggest).

hmm interesting, forum notifications started failing their SPF check:

H=(cluster.nocdirect.com) [69.73.138.88] sender verify fail for <management@jaguarpc.com>: The mail server could not deliver mail to management@jaguarpc.com.
    (Sender verify failed)

    hmm...

Our data center techs are still working on it. The issue seems to be related to the upstream provider at our data center upon initial investigation but this cannot be confirmed at this stage. We will update the forum thread as soon as we have a detailed account of the issue from our data center. We do apologize for the inconvenience and downtime faced by our precious clients.

It would appear that there is progress. My server just came back on-line, and the number of JaguarPC servers showing off-line status has dwindled to a few with limited problems. Thanks to all involved in solving the problem!

Yes, the status page shows all green and my shared server is upp and running. Annoying downtime, but good to be back.
