Disk usage

I need some help here. I'm using the Freedom plan with cPanel/WHM. My /www folder is taking up 2.8 gigs, but my overall server usage is 9.6 gigs. I understand cPanel and backups and such take up some space... but 6.8 gigs seems a little ridiculous. Is there any way I can see what's taking up all that space? And is there anyway I can clean up that directory?
