VPS site non-operational for days, losing hope

It's been close to 3 days (72 HOURS) since I opened my first ticket to upgrade Apache and install mod_deflate. Since then my website has been non-operational. I pay $80 for JaguarPC VPS hosting.

Before I moved here I was HostGator client and something close to this situation hasn't happened there.

I have two tickets open:

I have checked your tickets , they are currently being handled by our techs, there appear to be some php corruption and techs are working to recompile and fix it. They will update you soon in your ticket.
