It used to be that support would respond to my service tickets within 5 - 10 minutes of them being opened.
About two weeks back, it took support more than 3 hours to respond to my ticket. I had flagged the ticket as 'normal' priority as I had always been doing.
This morning, my websites went down and, with the poor response time experienced previously, I thought I should flag this new service ticket as 'emergency' priority, which I did some 30 minutes ago. I am still waiting for a response.
Been with Jaguarpc for some years now. Still hanging on though but must let out some steam here.
