    Support's response time getting worse

    It used to be that support would respond to my service tickets within 5 - 10 minutes of them being opened.

    About two weeks back, it took support more than 3 hours to respond to my ticket. I had flagged the ticket as 'normal' priority as I had always been doing.

    This morning, my websites went down and, with the poor response time experienced previously, I thought I should flag this new service ticket as 'emergency' priority, which I did some 30 minutes ago. I am still waiting for a response.

    Been with Jaguarpc for some years now. Still hanging on though but must let out some steam here.

    We have done some Service down tickets in last half an hour. Not sure if your ticket was among those. Please paste your ticket number here or PM me. I will check that one immediately.

    Hi Bilal

    Many thanks for your help in getting my websites (running on mysql) back online. I have closed the ticket. Sorry for the short outburst. Just that I was worried that support might take 3 hours to log a first response again. Apologies.

    Have not noticed that - my server was down recently and I started a ticket. It was answered in minutes and solved in a half hour.
