Hello support, I'm new customer here, how long to setup new account? since i order now is already 2 hours, and i'm not receiving account ...

    How long to setup new account?

    Hello support,
    I'm new customer here, how long to setup new account?
    since i order now is already 2 hours, and i'm not receiving account activation email yet.

    Hi Kodes,

    Please note new accounts are setup by sales guys and during the weekends Sales queue is not monitored 24 hours. So there can be some delay in setting up the account. Also please note forums are not monitored each time you update, so if you want to interact with support please try to open a new support ticket from your client area.

    Thanks for quick reply, but i don't have client area password to login yet. so i have to wait my account created to submit a support ticket, is it correct?

    Hi,

    Yes, you have to wait for some time until somebody from Sales setup your account and provide you the welcome email about the account login details and your logins to client area.

    Sales is open Monday through Friday. If someone from sales happens to look at the que on the weekend, you may get your account setup sooner. If it is a Gigadeal account you signed up for that should be automatic. What kind of account did you sign up for?

    i was ordering smallest package...
    yeah.. i understand if sales will only handle a bigfish on weekend..

    Hello Kodes,

    If your order has not yet been setup, it will be setup tomarrow morning (Monday). You can also send an email to sales@jaguarpc.com, and we can check into the order for you. Please do include the domain that you used to signup with.

    Note that sales is only available from 7AM to 10PM CST, and is closed on Sundays.
