Anatomy of Service Ticket Response Times:

3. help given; ticket closed; thanks given
4. reopened ticket as websites were down
5. response received 3 hours 7 minutes later (by that time I had gone to bed)
6. closed ticket as I thought service staff had solved problem when I awoke (next morning)
7. reopened ticket - websites down
8. response received 1 hour later, service staff asked for password and then flagged ticket as NEW
9. keyed in password info
10. still waiting for service staff to respond 48 minutes later
