www not resolve

hi

I have error message while trying to access my site with www.

"Unable to determine IP address from host name for www.domain.com"

but I can access my site without "www" , domain.com, this domain is used for DNS domain of my VPS account.

Sounds like a DNS zone file problem. If you can't figure out what is wrong with it, open a ticket with support.
