hi i m waiting more than 2 days,i wrote some tickets none reply me,anybody there? really sometimes idont understand,what are you doing? yes u rgood ...

    yes u rgood guys,but who can explain to me,if i wrote the two days ago tickets,why none reply me?

    pls someone tell me?

    Please PM me your Ticket ID. I can see that there is no Ticket pending in support queue.

    If you wrote a ticket to sales they will not be back on duty till Tuesday morning cst.

    i paid dedicated server money 6 days ago,what are you talking about?
    pls give me more reasonable things.when i buy the server ,u said to me:it ll be ready into 4 days.also money not problem.i need to do some duty that belongs to that stupid server...

    thanks in advance.
    still none reply me about that stupid server.

    I apologize for the delay. Sales and Billing were closed for the US Holiday Memorial Day. If you wrote in about your order, it would have gone to the sales queue. If you can give me your ticket number I can see where it's at in the queue for you?

    Hi ,server down again,pls tell me how can i solve that problem,i need to buy new dedicated server?
