CDP Backup not restoring

Hello,

I pay for the CDP backup service, and now when I need to restore a client on my vps, the CDP control panel does not execute the restore.
It is only on que, been like that for several hours.

What's the point of this service if it does not work ?

Any one has an idea what I can do ?

After waiting a full business day for a server backup to finish at JaguarPC, I was sure that the CDP will allow me to restore my client quickly.
But not so, it gives all sort of errors, and basically just not working.
The whole idea behind this is one word: EMERGENCY
People use a backup when things get bad, so they can just click a button, and go back.

I think JaguarPC should approach that in a more professional manner.

I checked the logs and found that your restore task failed because timeout value was reached. I've now increased the value of timeout on the Host. You can restore your data now. I've also updated your support ticket with details.
