Hosting my mail server

We have a Hybrid 100 account with you.

I want to know how can i do to install a mail server on this server you are hosting to us.

Hi rocioa,

Our Hybrid plans come with free Cpanel installed on them or you can choose from one of other control panels, but which ever control panel you choose they all come bundled with one of mail servers. Let us know which control panel is installed on your Hybrid and we can guide you accordingly.

Before that, I think I maybe need to be more specific about my question. What I mean is we need to place our company mail server on the Server you are hosting to us.

You can host your company emails on your Hybird vps without any problem.
But are you looking to use the mail server on your Hybrid to serve as the mail server for your company or are you looking to migrate any existing mail server at your end to the hosting server ? The later will depend on what you are currently running at both ends.

First option sounds enough good for what we need. I was recently assigned to attend this issue, I have a user and password to log into www.jaguarpc.com but when i try to access cpanel i got an error message about the server not allowing me to connect to port 2082, how can i solve this?

I had a missunderstanding about the control panel we use. Im logged to directAdmin now, how can i have support about the mail server use?
