new to vps - need help

hi, just got my hands into the vps environment and am completely lost.
so im a new customer with jaguarpc, everything has been setup for me but i dont know how to use it

i have plesk control panel, and i want my main account to act like the hosting company, and need to add about 5 domain or client accounts that individual users will access and use.. long story short, how do i do this?

i've always used whm/cpanel so thats also causing some problems, should i just switch to those? i wanted to try plesk to see if its good but i see a huge learning curve..

    thanks,

    Ratan

    Hi ratan,

Welcome to JaguarPC Plesk is little different in nature but shouldn't be that difficult to handle and by putting little effort you should be able to do account management related tasks easily.

In order to create accounts, you need to login into the Plesk control panel and there you can create clients and then domains under those clients. If you face any problem then please open a ticket with technical support department with the details of your problem and we will guide you along. Thank you.

First set up templates for both clients and domains. Then when you enter each client and domain you select the template. The template will set all the major features. Once the templates are set up creation of a new client or domain is simple procedure.
