Exclamation JaguarPC Servers Not working in Gulf Area.....

    Hi,

More than three years till now and I use JaguarPC servers, Under my account i have arround 10 VPS's and as I am resell the Jaguar Products to my clients .. There are marketing plans to buy more and more in the Future....

In 2009 began to show the problem is that most of the servers that I'm ordered does not work in the Gulf Area, especially in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates.

I tried repeatedly with technical support, but without any avail, I asked them more than once to get me to talk to the chief architect of the company's technical support but they always told me... NO PROBLEM... and PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED....

I was ordered Hybird Server and from the first second server was down in Gulf Area and all Arab Countries... In one of my tickets #30086983 Solve the problem took more than two weeks, and since the first day and I try to explain to the Technical Support Reps that the problem is from JaguarPC Server, but all of them give me the reasons and excuses and tell me that there are no problems in the server ..

Then and after days and days one of the T.Support told me ....

I have been checking your server since last couple of hours and the main reason of this problem I found is severe DDoS attack from variety of IP ranges. The number of connections from a particular range goes up to 1000 or 1200 in a split second that causes issues for others. I have blocked few ranges and still checking your server and will update you as soon as the DDoS is under control. We will keep you updated with the status.
One day and the problem happened again ...... The result was I lost a client .. And he left the company and of course this had an adverse impact on the company's reputation...

All I have heard an apology from JaguarPC T.S.. Rep

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and downtime involved.
After 2 weeks it happened again with one of VPS which was fresh ordered.... and i have opened Ticket with them to find any solution.... not in the result and after days and days i lost the client too.....

Today the problem recurred again with one of my customers (VPS).. And a ticket #12987293 is opened for hours and hours ... And i asked to be transformative to the chief officer of the company's support Team ... But I can not find help ....

I do not know after all these years, are a must, to search for another company?
As well as I do not know why the company does not care that the big problem is where the company will lose all their customers from the Middle East and the Arab countries.......

And still the problem that .... JaguarPC Servers is not working here in Arab & Gulf Area specially from Saudi Arabia.....

    Hi,

I went through your tickets and see you have two tickets opened in the last month regarding this. You have mentioned a problem accessing the sites only from the Gulf area. In both, techs asked you for a traceroutes from there to your server and you have not replied. The only way to resolve such network/routing issues is by providing as many traceroutes as available from the problem location and the source ips and we can test further, check with our datacenter to see if there is a bigger issue in any of the upstream providers etc.
We are willing to help you, please work with us on it.

Can you tell me how can i ask 1000 site owner to give me Tracert result???? as i said above that i'm resell the service to customers from Gulf Area,,, but i'm from Egypt and i have no problem with JaguarPC network.........

Also most of the Customers from KSA never ever know how to tracert or do anything... they used arabic version of windows ... so we should find another solution....

    Check this ticket #30086983

    Fudevs,

We do not need 1000 traceroutes, but please give us atleast 3 or 4 to work with. We gave you detailed instructions on how to perform a traceroute, I know its difficult at times to get even that out of people, but please do try.

Sorry, but that ticket id does not exist? Our numbers still run 129xxxxx

Ticket #12972084 will show you that problem is from JaguarPC Servers ... and that's why i asked to be connected with Senior System Engineer.

This is the third time i face the same problem with one of my VPS servers.... and it will be the 3rd client i will lose as i asked many sites owner if sites is loading fine or not and they told me that forums and sites is slow most of the time... and they found Error message ... 404 NOT found ,, and many other Error message..

Believe me there is a problem with JaguarPC DC and Gulf Countries... you do not know how much i love JaguarPC and i respect JaguarPC services .... but i do not want to lose my business, that's why i ask you to investigate this issue with senior admins.....

Most of ISP in KSA face big problem with your IP's and Servers...

I Will try to find anyone who can test the Tracert and tell you the result ...

Read through the ticket, but it had a lot of different issues on it from a ddos attack to a firewall problem to ip changes. A network issue is not the same, if your clients still get no access even using ips to your server, then we will need fresh traceroutes to be able to trace where the problem lies. As you know, it is quite difficult to troubleshoot something without being able to reproduce it.
I have notified our support manager about this, he/senior admin will be looking into your recent ticket 12987293 as well, but please provide the information we asked for.

    True!

I don't know if Fudevs has tried Google Analytics. It's designed to give you insights into your website traffic and marketing effectiveness, but it also acts as a quasi-diagnostic tool, if you read it between the lines.

For instance, I get 50,000 (give or take) hits a day on my production web site. Tracking tools on my web site often report that France is the #1 visitor. However, Google Analytics (an upstream tracking tool) reports that these (French) visitors are actually coming from Iran.

I've given this a lot of thought, and the only thing that makes sense is, Iranian traffic (to JagPC servers) is going through French proxies. Sooo, like Veena said, the only way to tell what's happening upstream of Jag servers is to see what path the data is taking.

With all the political shenanigans that are taking place these days, one of the Gulf State governments might be blocking traffic to the USA (or whatever).
