    My Server Was Erased!!!

    Hi, I have a dedicated server with you guys. I put in a support ticket to have it cloned to make sure I had a backup of all my files and mysql databases/ and websites.

    I got back a support ticket to let me know my server was cloned.

    But it was actually erased and then cloned.

    so now I have two servers that are completely empty.

    I sent support tickets, tried calling the 800 number, press #1 for sales got voicemail , press 2 for support told me to go and get a support ticket.

    I have 30 IM windows open from users who are wondering why my service is down.

    and I can't get anybody on the line to figure out WHY and WHO erased my server. and how to get it back!

    We are sorry to hear that you are facing this problem. Can you please provide us the ticket# where this issue has been reported so that we can check it.

    I do work for JaguarPC. If you do need help please provide your ticket number (this isn't sensitive information).

    Your server has been restored from a backup but we have not heard back from you.

    I apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused.
    I do work for JaguarPC. If you do need help please provide your ticket number (this isn't sensitive information).

    Hi, Thank you the server was finally restored. However, my orginal ticket was for my server to be cloned.
    I'm still waiting for my server to be cloned to the new account I purchased. Can you please let me know the status of that.


    So I'm right back to where I started before I issued the original ticket. I also purchased another account as I was instructed in this email

    "Our Reply:

    Hello,

    I have created an invoice for your new account.

    Please update this ticket once it is paid so we can begin set up.

    Regards,

    David G."

    I responded with
    "Hi David, I have paid the invoice. Please let me know when it is setup.

    Just submitted a new ticket for it 12993017

    Please let me know asap. It's been now a couple of days and I still don't have a clone like I need.

    Hi,

    You already have your other ticket in New status which is being worked upon for same issue, multiple tickets for same thing can cause confusion and delays, we will close one of the ticket and will update you in the other one as soon as the task is complete.

    Hi,

    Should not take more than half hour as your vps is small or 1 hour at max.

    It is now 7:32 PM and my server is still down. I have users complaining to me. Why is it offline! this is ridiculous!

    Please ask me before taking if offline.
    I desperately need it back online!

    You server is back online and its running fine. I have already updated the ticket.
