404 Not Found Error while the file is already there

here's what happened

i've changed my host and dns sure gone to the new one found it's bad so i decided to return back and changed the dns again back to the old but i was deleted all files so i've reuploaded the files again

i'm very sure that it's there

double checked from the ftp and from the cpanel that the file is there

the file has permission 755 and tested it on another site on the same server and it's working

the right is to see this message "Invalid parameters passed" but i don't know why 404

Hi,

I'd recommend tailing the error_log and then hitting the url that's not working.

On a cPanel server:
tail -f /etc/httpd/logs/error_log

Seems Apache VirtualHost for your site is pointing to a folder different than the one you are uploading the files to. I would suggest opening a support ticket so that we can check further.
