Server is currently rendered useless

Hi Guys if any tech sees this can you please look at ticket #13008509

its regarding subdomain wildcards, for some reason the apache settings you made was removed yesterday and I have no idea why. So your tech guys corrected the apache settings, but today the site is the same.. no wildcard subdomains and my site is currently rendered useless and my email support inbox is getting hammered by customers.
