The number of users to visit your VPS per second depend on the content of your website and what actions take place when a page is loaded. If your sites are static HTML the number of concurrent users would be much higher than site powered by dynamic database driven sites.

To be sure I understand, you're asking if a VPS Two plan would support 1000 users? If so, it comes down to what Les said: If your sites are static HTML the number of concurrent users would be much higher than site powered by dynamic database driven sites.

Have you considered our SDX plan? It's considered more powerful than VPS plan if you don't need root access. See: this article.

Otherwise you might want to look into a dedicated hosting plan.
