About LinkBacksA few days ago, I ordered and paid for a ded server.
the ticket created at that time was 13016535. this ticket is still open.
48 hours later, I am still waiting for some communication from Jaguar as to when I can expect to take possession of the server.
I tried updating the ticket mentioned, but it has remained in NEW status for over 24 hours now.
some kind of status update would be greatly appreciated.
